This is a very busy surgery but I have always found the staff polite annd helpful. I had to see Dr J Brown recently and he was wonderful. He appears to be one of the rare Dr's who understand about Fibromyalgia and how it can affect different parts of me and my life. 10/10 I also want to thank Dr Zengini as he saw my mum last year when she was staying with us for a holiday. She went to see him about one thing and he discovered she had a lump. Upon returnng home she had it checked out and it was a precancerous carotid tumour. If he hadn't spotted it, she might not still be with us. Dr J Panesar and Dr J Frankln are also outstanding Dr's at the surgery, (and they are ladies if you neeed to see a female dr) The downside is as they are soo good and only work part time it is very difficult to get an appt with them. The dr often says to make an appt and come back in 6 weeks, this is sonething that at the moment the receptionists can't do as the system doesn't allow them to book appts so far in advance, which means I and probably many others tend to forgfet to phone for an appt and when we do remember to, it can end up being 2-3 months since we last saw the dr and not 6 weeks.

I have been a patient at Ash Tree House for many years and have total confidence in the staff team. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, the Sister or a doctor will ring within an hour to assess for an urgent appointment and an appointment will be offered if needed on the day. The variety of services offered within the practise is excellent and referrals to other NHS services is prompt.
